No! Your plan is customised to your situation. If you prefer home workouts, I’ll design a programme using minimal equipment or even bodyweight exercises.

How long before I see results?
Most clients start seeing noticeable changes early on but I always say a period of 4–6 weeks, this depends on your consistency, effort, and starting point.

Will I have to give up my favourite foods?
